Nutritionist. Associate Professor. Dean of the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Porto. I am interested in public policies related to food and nutrition, civic intervention, pedagogy, and communication in the field of healthy eating. Over the last 30 years, I have devoted special attention to the Mediterranean food model and its preservation.
